We’re delighted to offer free shipping on all orders, reaching almost any destination around the globe without any additional cost to you.

International Orders

Please note that while shipping is free, it does not cover any customs duties or taxes that your country may impose. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We’ll provide all necessary documentation for customs entry, but it’s up to you to handle any local customs requirements. US buyers will not face customs duty fees.

Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a Delivery Confirmation number by email so you can track your package.

Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to return your items, please send them back to our Return Center according to the following policy:

  • Contact: Please email turbofortressusa@gmail.com for the shipping address.
  • Refund Eligibility: Full refunds are only available for items that are received damaged or not as described. All other returns may be subject to a restocking fee of approximately 30%.
  • Return Conditions: Returns must be made within 30 days from delivery, with items in unworn, unwashed condition, and with original tags attached.
  • Non-returnable Items: Fairings are not eligible for return.

Additional Notes on Returns

Depending on the shipping method and carrier you choose, it may take several days for your return package to reach us. We recommend keeping your proof of postage and using a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages during transit. Turbofortress.com will not issue store credit for returns without proof of receipt and delivery.

Return Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 2-4 business days after we receive your item(s) at our Return Center.

Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order is defective, incorrect, or missing items, please email turbofortressusa@gmail.com within 2 business days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue, along with your Order Number. We may extend this to 5 days under certain circumstances, aiming to resolve your issue swiftly.

Returned Package to Turbofortress.com

If your package is returned to us due to insufficient address information, please ensure that your address was entered correctly with all relevant details. Turbofortress.com is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided was incorrect at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time they were placed. After this period, we are unable to stop the order and issue a refund.
  • Out of Stock Items: If any items on your order are sold out and we are unable to replenish them in a timely manner, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment used.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued directly to the buyer’s original payment method (credit card, PayPal). Refunds may take 2-4 business days to clear, with an additional 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
