You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to decide if it’s right for you. If you’re not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help facilitate a return within that timeframe.
Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It’s in the same pristine condition you received it.
- It remains unworn or unused, with all original tags in place.
- It’s housed in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure the order number is visible on the shipping label and mail it to:

Important Considerations:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and tracking numbers must be emailed to us.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee, except for items received damaged or not as described, which can be fully refunded.
- Returns without prior approval will be declined.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel any order before it ships. Once the item is en route, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
